At Clasyy.shop, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges to make sure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.

General Policy

Hassle-Free Returns

  • Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Conditions may vary depending on the product or ongoing promotions.

Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after claim approval.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued as Clasyy Wallet Store Credit within 7–10 working days after claim approval.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Defective / Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for quick resolution.

Special Sales & Free Product Offers

  • Items purchased during special promotions or with free product offers (e.g., BOGO) are not eligible for returns.

Reverse Shipment Fee

  • For excessive returns, a reverse shipping fee of up to BDT 300 may be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Reasons)

  • Accessories, perfumes, masks, lingerie, and innerwear are non-returnable.

Packaging Condition

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • If packaging is missing or damaged, a BDT 50 packaging fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Products that fail quality checks may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Exchange Charges

  • First Exchange: Free of cost.

  • Second Exchange & Beyond: A BDT 120 delivery fee will apply.

For Clasyy Club Members

Extended Return & Exchange

  • Returns/exchanges available within 30 days of delivery.

  • Loyalty points earned for the order will be revoked if items are returned.

Free Gifts

  • Free gifts can be exchanged only, not returned.

Purchases with Free Gifts

  • Eligible for exchange only, not returns.

Points Redemption Timing

  • If points are redeemed within 8 days before they are credited, the order is eligible for exchange only, not returns.

Reverse Shipment Fee

  • For excessive returns, a reverse shipping fee of up to BDT 300 may apply.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are processed for shipping.

  • If cancellation is requested before shipping, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • No cancellation is applicable for COD orders once shipped.

At Clasyy.shop, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably across Bangladesh.

  • Inside Dhaka & Chattogram: Orders are delivered within 5 working days.

  • Outside Dhaka & Chattogram: Orders are delivered within 10 working days.
